Soloitza, our cheese factory, is a new and different space where we make dairy products using milk from our own cows. It’s a family business that started this new facet in 2020 to bring value to milk and transform it into various products, thus closing a circle. We provide a unique experience in a dream setting with views and tastings in a space built with bioclimatic criteria.
