You will discover the daily life of our fishermen in every corner of the boat. From the wheelhouse, where the skipper steers and also has to find the school of fish, to the deck and the cellar, where teamwork in the art of fishing prevails; and finally, the kitchen and the bunks where they find the minimum space to live together for more than two weeks.
After a break tasting a Bonito tuna pintxo, we will put on our aprons and discover the ancestral process of canning anchovies. A workshop on board MATER where, in a relaxed atmosphere and with the help of the crew, you will prepare your own canned anchovies to enjoy at home. Take home canned anchovies made by you.
