With a name composed of 2 Basque words Itsas (sea) and Aldi (time), Anouck and Joris want to describe their gastronomy with poetry & allegory. Time of the sea, constant but in renewal. Don't look for their place in San Sebastián, they are nomad by choice to meet people. Their concept of culinary pop-ups allows producers, bodegas, sociedades and artists to open their place to them. Basque products are sublimated in both presentation and flavors.
