At home, when we were children, and a dish lacked taste, the amona (grandmother) used to say "Jarriozu Bixigarria" ("Put what gives it life"), emphasising the importance of flavour.
Based on this memory, and a wide experience in the best restaurants, we propose a gastronomic offer focused on giving life, taste, joy... Adapting the Basque cuisine to current formats, and vice versa.
