Located in the emblematic Plaza Nueva in Bilbao's old quarters. Lovely café with a coffered ceiling that is well worth a visit.
The dining area on the first floor was renovated in 2020, with large windows overlooking the square, under the stone arches.
Our specialty is VICTOR COD, a 1940s recipe that we carefully follow. Other highlights include seasonal game meat and red wine braised oxtail ragu.
