Master confectioner Rafa Gorrotxategi opens the doors of his kitchen in Tolosa for you to discover his confectioneries. The cherry on the cake will be the chance to make your own sweets. From the back room of Gorrotxategi's confectionery and bakery you can hear the chimes of the doorbell and, to the cry of 'banijoa' ('I'm coming!' in Basque), the chocolate-making family comes to welcome you.
