The "Debabarrena Gourmet" menu consists of seven dishes: appetizer, two starters, two main dishes (fish and meat) and two desserts. It will be offered in seven restaurants in the region, Baratze Gourmet in Eibar, Belaustegi Baserria in Elgoibar, Kanala in Itziar, Mendiola in Ermua, Piperren Txokoa and Pikua in Mutriku and Txurruka in Soraluze. The chefs of these restaurants, Unai Altuna, Josu Mugerza, Alberto Sánchez, José Manuel Rodríguez, Luis Ángel Alburquerque, Santi Ríos and Iurdana Txurruka, have carefully designed these menus. Bread and coffee are also included in the menu, as well as wine: "Viuda Negra Las Levantadas" white wine from the Javier San Pedro Ortega winery, "Q de Quintano" red wine from the Bodegas y Viñedos Labastida winery, and txakolina, the local white wine.
