The Zampano Brewery is run by Joachim Fesser, a German lover of the Basque Country, who lives in Getaria, and makes his own craft beer in Aizarnazabal, Gipuzkoa.
At the moment, he brews beer from the Rhineland region, which is located in western Germany, and offers the following varieties:
• Kölx, a smooth lager
• Kölxx is characterised by using more hops, which comes through in the flavour
• Alt, a smooth ale with a pleasant flavour.
During our visit, we will offer you an explanation of the brewing, bottling and labeling process, and after this, you will be able to enjoy a tasting of the three types of beer with someting to snack on.
