This experience combines a guided historical tour with a deep-rooted traditional activity, making talos (cornflour tortillas). The tour starts outside, next to the bridge of the Historical Complex Igartza.
The guide will explain the context of its construction, dating from the late 14th century and its rather unconventional architecture. For centuries one of the most important buildings in the complex was the mill, where flour, bread and, of course, talos were made.
You can then make your own talo the traditional way and, of course, eat it with chocolate.
