Cider chocolate workshop and cider cellar

We will start our visit in the chocolate shop, where Lorena and Miren will be waiting for us to show us the inside of the shop and how their products are made. Afterwards, we will go to the workshop, where we will have a chocolate workshop. We will make an apple bonbon and we will have the opportunity to discover the relationship between cider and chocolate. Once the workshop is over, we will go to a cider maker. Here we will be able to visit the cider making area, the apple orchard and go inside the house. The old tools will tell us the history of the cider maker, and while we go through the tunnels of the cellar, we will taste the cider that the family makes with so much care from the barrels. To round off the visit we will have the opportunity to enjoy the traditional cider house menu: homemade pintxo, cod omelet, fried cod, T-bone steak and Idiazabal cheese with walnuts and quince jelly.
