You’ll follow a slow route with visits to modern and traditional shops where you’ll discover the history of the city through its desserts. 

Along the way you’ll get a chance to try chocolate for both drinking and eating. Cheesecake, Pantxineta (puff pastry with custard), ice cream, candies, and coffee

·        First Stop: Aguirre pastry shop, where participants can buy and taste a delicious brioche.
·        Second Stop: Narrika street to visit the Otaegui pastry shop to learn about the history of their famous pantxineta, the cake created by the grandmother of the current owner that evokes the beginnings of tourism in the city in the 19th century
·        Third Stop: Aramendia pastry shop, which still uses the exclusive recipe for the famous inglesitos, historic cakes from the city
·        Stop for Beverages: Cafés Panchito and Chocolates Lurka, good examples of unique shops, founded in 1914, they have links with chocolate through Basque lineage in Mexico. You’ll learn about the history of chocolate in our region here.
·        Last Stop: A private setting to try a traditional dessert like cheese and quince, along with other sweets acquired along the route
