Craft beers brewed in the Basque Country are striking for the quality of their ingredients and their particular brewing process. A variety of malts, yeast, fresh hops, a slow maturation process and a lot of passion result in a distinct product with delicious aromas.
Although the secrets of their recipes are well-guarded, some craft breweries do offer tours of their facilities, where they display the raw materials and reveal the very interesting path taken to create a pleasant drink full of subtleties.
