Basque cuisine is famous in our country. Its recipes have become famous for their flavours and careful handiwork, always made with TLC. In this class, we will learn to make two of our region’s most iconic recipes, marmitako and cheesecake, and then enjoy a meal that will be particularly delicious because you’ll have cooked it yourself!
