Renovated in 2009 and situated in a privileged zone, in the very heart of the Alava plains, the Parador de Argomaniz offers all the comforts of the 21st century in its Renaissance palace. On the top floor of the establishment, the old granary, is the Aletegui restaurant where you can enjoy the exquisite traditional dishes of the region, with a signature touch from the chef Sergio Lacalzada, and views that stretch to the Gorbea Mountain Range and Ullibarri Reservoir. We invite you to try their specialties made from local products, namely Idiazabal cheese, Gernika peppers, Alavesa potatoes, fish from the Bay of Biscay with Añana salt and their "Sukalkis" stew cooked on a low heat, accompanied by a ample collection of local wines to suit all tastes.
