Pintxo Bars

Baby squid stuffed with boletus cream, aubergine toast with cheese and salmon smothered in creamy yoghurt dressing, sautéed vegetable mille-feuille... these are just a few examples of how sophisticated our delicious pintxos can be.
Almost every bar, restaurant and café in any town in the Basque Country will offer a variety of pintxos. Unable to list them all, we would mention some of the most popular and characteristic areas such as the Marina district of Hondarribia, the Old Quarter of San Sebastian and the district of Gros; the Old Quarter, Provincial Government Headquarters and Pozas in Bilbao, or the streets around the Plaza de la Virgen Blanca in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
