Located in Hernani, the cider producing area par excellence, and run by the 4th generation of a family that was already making cider in the 19th century, Altzueta is a good example of a traditional cider house. In summer, the terrace is open where, in addition to the traditional dishes on the cider house menu, Altzueta offers a varied menu including octopus, grilled tuna and baby squid, seasonal tomato and green peppers and a variety of desserts.
